Where to download the Ming Xiao reskin?

Hello guys, nice to see that someone's still interested in vtmb. I've been looking for mods, reskins and all the stuff like that, but soon discovered that most of the sites are down. The only ones that i found are planetvampire.com, vampirebloodlines.ru and this site.

The mod i'm looking for is the reskin that's not popular enough (not much Ming's fans down there, i think), so i couldn't find it in the downloads section. But there were links to it on the forums, but these links are, of course, long gone now. Did anyone download it? Can anyone upload it somewhere(or even to this site) or send it to me?

Help, anyone? You can use French, i understand it mostly with google translate %)

P.S.
Is English allowed down there? Should i use google translate to translate my messages to French?

In the beginning, the skin that you mention was upload on the site vpaine.com (today not available). Unfortunately, I had chosen to not select it for my site because I estimate his interest was minor.
